Nav 2013 License issues

Hello :)
anyone just shred some light on 2013NAV license.In this we get limited user and full user license.if we have total 10 license(6 full access and 4 limited access).My question is where do we define these user rights??Thank you :)

    Probably belongs to Nav-3-Tier forum, but here goes anyway.

    In the User Card you can specify the License Type: Full User, Limited User, Device Only User, Windows Group or External User...
