My customer have the following problem (on NAV 5):
Vendor (Foreign currency) is paid in full, but still have remaining amount in LCY.
There might be a problem with the applied entries, but can't unapply it, cause the exchange rate batch job was already done.
Any ideas how we can unapply these entries? or any other ideas of how to fix the problem?

I don't know if it solves your porblem, but we had the same one in a NAV 4.0 version.
The solution was to set the Inv. Rounding Precision to 0 (In the Table 98, GL Setup).
