Error : communication protocol mismatch

Hi all,

From this morning, I have the following message appearing when I run some treatments (first time was when I suggested vendor payments) :

There is a communication protocol mismatch between the client and the server. The application will close.

Here is where I am now :
- client and server are both on build 6.0.29626.0 (double, triple-checked)
- no recent modification on our configuration
- even if the treatment ends up with an error message, it appears to run succesfully ; ie, my vendor payments are correctly inserted
- the error message does not appear in 100% of the cases ; it appeared randomly last week, then disappeared until this morning
- only one workstation concerned

I know that the more reasonnable way to solve it would be to start with a full upgrade to NAV 2009 R2, including the latest build available. This will be my B plan.

As an A plan, I would like to avoid the reinstallation of the server, and of course of the 30+ NAV clients.

Any idea appreciated.
