Getting error while run a table of NAV 2013

Hi All,

While I am trying to run a table or code unit, getting an error which is shown below. I am working on NAV 2013. Kindly suggest a solution to resolve this issue.

"Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously. Wait until another user has stopped using the program. Contact your system administrator if you want to allow more simultaneous users on your system. "

The error message pretty much says whats up...
Wait a bit in case you are low on Concurrent Users in your company And/Or inform your Admin/Partner to kill idle NAV Sessions
