Weird question, but we have several computers coming into the office that have office 2013 installed however the majority of the group is using 2010. Our agents send emails using Navision on a regular basis, but all the new computers get an NS Outlook Synchronization Handler error regarding ole controls / automation servers incorrectly installed.
In the past this has been due to the newer automation controls in the office product, but I can't remember how I got this work in the past when the office is mixed versions?
Help spur my memory....
