Report Print makes NAV RTC crash

Hello,

One of my customers has a problem with printing custom reports in Nav 2013 (quotes,orders,invoices).
From time to time Navision crashes with the famous annoying message of something like "Do you want to sent information to Microsoft..".

It seems that this occurs only when the report is printed directly, never in preview mode.
I would like to mention that these reports have been migrated from NAV 2009 R2 and adapted for the customer.

Did anyone have this kind of problem and found a solution to it?
Is there an update for NAV 2013 that treats problems with report execution?

I would appreciate any kind of answer.

    I have actually experienced this issue before.

    What helped me was just deleting all the Used Globals and Locals in the Report and typing them in manually after (Watch the properties, they seem to not update how they are supposed to sometimes). Copy the Variable names and types to excel ofc.

    Can't promise this will help you, but its worth a try.
