source no proplem in item journal

When i add consumed entry from item journal get standard journal it show to me error "
you must specify source no in item journal line journal template name 'item', journal batch name 'default' ,line no 1000" i try to add source no field in form from table item journal line but when i
added it .it not accept to drill down in the form or the table why this error show

Let me ask if i need to add consumed entry in item ledger entry to item has wrong quantity and cost how i added. what i make is to make another item with same name then block old then go to from item journal then add entries in previous item one by one from item journal i added purchase entry but when i try consumed entry i didn't found any consumped entry in item journal .but when i using istandard journal this error above in first thread show.are there are any way to add consumped entry type
please help me.
