Webservice: The type Binary is not supported

I have a problem with webservices. All works well but… I get the error “The type Binary is not supported” if I want to write in a any table (Modify, Insert). We use 2009 R2 SQL.
In the test database everything works correct. But it will not work in de live database. Both the webservices are running under the same user and are running at the same server.
I have compared these databases, settings… But I cannot find it. Has someone an idea?

There was a field with type Binary250. I have deleted that field.
