How To Add Variables in NAV 2013 Reports

Hello
I am creating first report in NAV 2013. I choose dataItem in data Type Column and Vendor table in data Source.
Then i Entered Column in Data Type Column and Selected some Fields of Vendor Table. Now i want to add some Variables.
BUT when i clicked on View C/AL Globals this option is showing disable??Is there any other option of adding Variables??
Any Suggestions??
