Error message when automtically sending email

Here is my scenario:
I've been using MailOCX Version 1.00.01 on a Windows 2000 Server and Navision 3.70 database.
Now I am migrating to Windows 2012 Server for my Terminal Server and Navision 5.00 database (Only the executable) but now when I post an invoice I get following error message"
" The call to the member Send failed. MAPI messages returned the following message:Unspecified Failure has ocurred.
I already checked and the OCX was install properly. I identify the error message and it is coming from R14000902 - OnAfterGetRecord() on MailOCX.Send(EMailHeader."Confirm E-Mail manually");
I installed Windows Live Mail as the email client for my users. I already send a Posted Invoice manually and it is working fine so the error is not related to Windows Live Mail.
Any ideas?
Is therea a newer MailOCX version?
