Nav locks after closing word when setting up a Style Sheet

I am testing out the Style Sheet tool as a possible solution for creating Sales Invoices.

Navision V6.0 Word 2010 & I am using the Test DB (Cronus).

I followed the guide and get to the point where Word is launched and insert the mailmerge fields. When I close Word, what I am expecting to happen is that Nav to prompt me Import the style sheet. However, Nav locks - it is as though there is an active Window in the background waiting for a response. I can not see this window and the only option is to close down Nav via the task manager.

Not sure if it is a compatability issue with Word 2010? Sorry I am not a developer - I am just investigating whether this tool could be used as a solution for creating customised invoices.

Any help much appreciated.
