Page Part height is "stuck" at zero

I added a new subform/page-part to a document. It works fine... except for one user the height is stuck at zero. No matter what I try I can not get it expand. It works for other users.

I have tried:
- resynch permissions to the table
- re-add the parts brand new
- delete user customizations
- log on at another computer
- select tab and then Alt+F6 (shortcut for expand)
- double-clicking the tab
- adding/removing columns


Any ideas?

did you already try to shrink it instead of expanding it? sometimes it's buggy...try also to expand/shrink the other parts of the page.
Anyway, if the problem is the same i faced some time ago, trying to shrink the subpage will do the job

Hey thanks for the reply.

I'll try that, but there's nothing "there" to shrink.

I was able to resolve the problem by deleting the user from the system and then adding him back in.
