revaluate or change cost of non completed invoiced proplem

Hi guys i want to re-valuate the cost for specified item .i make revaluation from revaluation journal to some item that full or complete invoiced and successfully

my unit cost in item card is 0.33 i want it 0.10. some item complete invoiced changed and posted successfully but another not complete invoiced not changed .because message told me you cannot re valuate item ledger entries that has not yes to complete invoiced

how i change that not complete invoiced or change cost of this entries.please help me
