Hi I have the following error, synchronizing calendar appointments from Outlook to NAV:
An Outlook item cannot be synchronized because the Salesperson Code field of the MEETINGS entity cannot be processed. Try again later and if the problem persists contact your system administrator.
It works on a different user, so it must be related to this user specifically.
The Sales Person name is similar to the one in outlook, but there is an apostrophe in the name (André) could this be the reason?
Can anyone advice me?
