cost amount actual in value entry is 0 after adjust cost

Hi guys i have one problem in value entry table of dynamic nav 2009 i notice cost amount( actual) field to specified item is 0 i make adjust cost-item entries but no benefit is still 0
now are this will make affect in g/l and how i will solve this problem and why it made.
i notice this when item ledger entry purchase although all these rows have quantity.
