License error which should work

Hi,

We have an issue with a license for NAV 2009 R2.
After uploading the license which contains a new module granule we do not have have permission on a specific page which is needed (included in the new granule).
The exact same license is working well on another computer.
Ther error is : You do not have permission to run the page. We can not read it or delete it as well which is possible on the other computer.
We have retry from a brand new Cronus W1 and we have the same issue.
All other objects authorized by this granule are working well.

It seems to be a problem in the license mechanism but we have no idea how to solve this.
Any help is welcome !

Thank you.

The license may have been incorrectly generated. Check the virtual "License Permission" table to confirm and request a new license. It's rare but I've seen it happen.
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

Ok thank you for the idea.
It seems the problem is quite the same than this one: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=41778
But I don't see real answer in the threads... However I will try some ideas in this other thread too (database license, partner license firstly installed...)

No luck, we have tried everything and it seems to be a NAV problem but we don't know what.
Like the other issue pointed previously we have a hole in permission range for the object which does not work.
Restoring the database from the working computer to the server does not solve the issue!
So it's a license import problem but we don't know what it is.

Have you verified that you are also licensed for any prerequisites the new granule may have?

I'll asked to the responsable person but I think pre-requisites are here because it is working on the developer computer with the exact same license.
