Editing Request Page in 2013 dev environment crashes

I have started to convert some of our reports from NAV 5.1 to 2013. No problem compiling them at all or with the upgrade.
But then when I try to add a request page, the moment I try and save the report the client crashes, no error is displayed. It happens for any report that I bring over from 5.1, some are just pure classic reports, some are processing only excel buffer using reports.
Is this a known issue?
