bizdesk error : internet explorer

hi all ,
I installed the commerce portal, after install the bizdesk costumer, I try to run it. if I click on any link I get this error :
internet explorer script error
line : 1309
caracter : 4
error : indefined variable :'areaspan'
code : 0
URL :http://<pc_name>/CommercePortalbizdesk/security/security.asp

any one has any idea how to solve it
