NAV Three Tier
Hello in older version of NAV you could go to file->database->Info->Sessions and see the list of users and see who is locking whom.
How do you do that in 2013?

Not.
It's your ultimate nightmare. SPIDS are used for multiple users and the hostname is the service tier.
As far as I know it is next to impossible and/or impossible.
MSFT should provide a tool within the debugger asap or escalations with NAV2013 will be impossible to solve.
