NAV 2013 File handling

NAV 2013 has File Management CU that allows you to download and upload files from the client. It uses dotNET data types to do.
The issue I have is that I'm creating csv files and uploading them to a shared drive. Everyone has access to the shared drive. One user (admin) running can perform the task for moving the file from temporary server to the shared drive without any issues, the other user (regular user) cannot.

How can I resolve this? Everyone role is assigned to the folder with full permission.

Thank you.

    The Service Tier is running on the selected account privilages (user account or system account - check configuration of the service) - not user running rtc client privilages

    Try adding the service account (if its a user account) of the service tier to the permissions of the folder you are trying to write to. Give it write access or full if you like

    Please check the service account permission to the folder. Whether it is given all read, write permission or not.

    If all permission is given, check your code for file move. Do not use Move function. Use Copy function to copy file from temp to shared drive (network or local). Erase the source destination file.

    For Example:

    COPY(SourceFilePath, DestinationFilePath);
    ERASE(SourceFilePath);
