Nav 2013 - Can't open Excel object from a word Document

I have a Nav 2013 RTC client.
I have a word document in Office 2010 with a Excel object.
When I try to open the Excel Object I get an error :
I seems that the Microsoft Office Excel Add-ins is the problem.
If I disable it, it works fine.
Is there a workaround for this issue ?
