Problem in navigate NAV 2009 RTC

NAV 2009 RTC: there is one user (windows autentication) that has a problem in navigate page. With document nº, he doesn´t see references in vat entry and posted purchase invoice. That user can see that information for that document nº in vat entry and posted purchased invoice.
Another user (windows autentication) with the same roles and the same profile ID can see OK all references in navigate form.
And the same user that has the problem, if he log ins in NAV with classic client, he can see the references in navigate form without any problem.
Any idea?
