Upgrade NAV 2013 Error

Dear All

I want Upgrade NAV SP1 2009 to NAV 2013.For this I am follow NAV Upgrade Steps.
I am running Form : 104045 - Upgrade Nav Old Version at that time I am getting error

"Reference to the member Unit Cost of the variable could not be solved."

How can I Solve this
