Problem with cyrilics

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with cyrillics. I have a NAV 2009 R2 W1 in US language and SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS collation.I have a Web Service that can received a text in cyrilic. NAV traslate these chars in "???". Are there any form to handle these chars correctly?
