Default BIN issue in Navision 2009 SP1

Dear All,


I get the below given error message when i create a location setup/Bin Mandatory and Fixed bin setup in Location card.

After that when i receive goods to the BIN "A" 5 quantities and Bin "B" 10 Qty. In the location i created.

Now i create a sales order with 12 qty. selecting the location i created and Bin then enter 12 in the QTY coulmn.

In the item tracking lines i select entries which picks the qtys from both bins.

When i go to post it gives the following error.

"Quantity (Base)Must be greater than the "QTY entered on SO" in bin content location code="Sales" Bin code="B" for Item no=0001" and UOM="NOS" .


PLEASE ADVICE HOW CAN I OVERCOME THIS ISSUE!

CAN SOMEONE explain if this is how NAV 2009 sp 1 handles BIN's

With that setup, it's going to look to the "Bin Code" field on the Sales Line. Since there's only 1 field, it expects all quantity to be in the same bin. If you want to ship single sales lines from multiple bins, you need a setup that supports picking.
