Error when sending email

Hi,
we are using MS Dynamics 5.0 on a Windows Server 2003 and Office 2010 environment. Some users use the client in Citrix, which is installed native on the Citrix server.
We have an issue when a user is sending an email in Navision on the Citrix servers. When the client is installed on the pc, there is no problem. We get the error -2147352567 with the notification "An exception has occured in method CreateFolder".
I can't see what this has to do with sending an email?
