One or more SQL NEW Node connection error Client Machine

I have Three node in SQL server navdemo,node1, node2, when I connect through RTC on server all node are connected and working, but when I connect from client machine it's not connected but through web client it's working from client machine.
all node map with NAVDEMO 7046
NODE1 5046
NODE2 6046
A server was not found at "net.[url=tcp://196.146.43.200:5046/nav2013/service]tcp://196.146.43.200:5046/nav2013/service[/url]" Either the URL is incorrect or server currently not available.
how to solve the problem
