Masters Not responding in RTC

Hi All,

One of my customer is on NAV 2009 R2 and is using RTC.
They are able to open as List(Client machine ). But when they try to open a specific Vendor card/Customer Card etc., system is not responding.(we have tried both in classic & RTC.) They are even unable to select Vendor / Customer in Cash Payment Voucher / Receipt Vouchers also. They hardly have 20 customers & around 40 vendors.
We have checked the same in server , which is working fine.


Can someone help me on this ?
