Error when restarting NAV Middle Tier Server & Web Services

Hi guys,

when I restart either our NAV Middle Tier Server or the Web Services process (SQL 2009 R2 Build 34087) I get the following error message in Event Log:
The process cannot access the file '__TEMP__*.tmp' because it is being used by another process.

Both work fine afterwards. I just want to know where this is coming from and if there's any relation to another problem we've got (sometimes restart runs into time out).

Any idea?

Restarting system will sometimes fix these kind of issues..

Did that already several times.

It doesn't occur every restart, just from time to time.
