Section Documentation() generator

Hello,
I am solving a problem, how easy to check, that all modifications in C/AL code are properly described/written in Documentation section.
I thing that the best way is (instead of checking) to generate Documentation section automatically.

Please, do anybody know about some SW, which is able to do that? It could be as commercial as free (open source).
