How to sort data in Descending

Hi guys,
I have purchase order where i group the records by Vendor & Brands.
But i would like to export to excel in descending order of the amount
* those Purchase Order with highest (Qty*Unit Costs) will be sorted to the op instead. How to go about it ?

Make a report where you export to a temporary table with units and costs - and a field where you calculate the amount during run.
Select a key where this total-field is first criteria and choose descending sort on this and then export this temp.tabel to Excel.
