consumption entries not show in item journal applies entries

After i make finish to order(change status to finish) then i notice something wrong to consumption so that i go to item journal to reverse it but no consumption entries show
are consumption entries not show in item journal although i search in item ledger entries table i found consumption to every raw material found now how i solve this problem

Hi,

You can not apply to that consumption entries because that entries have been closed. You can do one thing if production order not been closed. by posting negative consumption to reverse it.
