Automatic reject of session

Hi,
I work with the Nav 2009 SP1 and i have 20 users in my license. So i want to know how configure Nav to procede to an automaticaly reject of sessions after a definite time of inactivety of the user (20 min for exemple).
There is only a configuration to do or it requires a development!!?
