In NAV2013 I am able to add new notes for an interaction from the Postpone Interaction screen. However, I cannot figure a way to add notes for a new interaction as I am creating one.
The thought is for a customer service rep. to use the interaction screen to record conversion or note regarding phone call with customer. The note field will allow customer service rep. to enter notes and such. It seems cumbersome to close the interaction so that it can get postponed before being able to open up the interaction to update with notes.
Any thing that I am missing or any suggestions? Once I finish the interaction it's too late to create the note.
