    Hi rodrigojt,

    You cannot directly run "Setup.exe" file for installation on Window XP **. If you want to run RTC on Window Xp, you may need to follow below step.

    1. Go to "Prerequisite Components" folder under your NAV2013 Package Folder (eg. "D:\DVD_BUILD33451\Prerequisite Components")
    2. You need to install all Prerequisite Components under "Prerequisite Components" folder. (Noted: if your window is running on 32bit you need to run xxxx_x86.exe)
    - Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
    - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
    - Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 Service Pack 1
    - Microsoft Report Viewer 2010
    - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
    - Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools For Office Redist
    You may need to download latest update "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools For Office Redist" if you get error of "Tools For Office" when you try to open the RTC.
    - Open XML SDK 2.0 for Microsoft Office
    3. Go to "RoleTailoredClient" folder under your Nav2013 Package Folder(eg. "D:\DVD_BUILD33451\RoleTailoredClient") and Run "Microsoft Dynamics NAV RoleTailored Client.exe".

    Web Client can open from Internet Explorer 9 or Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows Server 2008 (32-bit or 64-bit editions).

    Noted: RTC Client only can install and run on Window XP. But that is not recommended by MS and NAV Guru. [-X
    If you want to do for testing that may be Ok. For Live run :mrgreen:

    Here is System Requirements for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 link : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd301054%28v=nav.70%29.aspx
