NAV 13 WEb Config to access different company

Hi
Anyone knows the steps to configure either IIS or other options so as a User from the Browser can either change company or even change database currently installed on the same server.
The senario is as follows : Servername : SVRNAV13,
Database name : DBN1 and DBN2,
Company name : CMP1, CMP2 & CMP3.
From the browser the user needs to access the following :-
a. Company CMP1 located in database DBN1
b. Company CMP2 located in databse DBN1
c. Company CMP3 located in databse DBN1.
The issue is how to configure IIS to have all 3 companies 'published' for WEB access i.e. for both Databases and where the user can select the company to work in.
