Nav 2013- IE access - How to change Co from IE

I am currently implementing NAV2013 version and the client would like to access Nav 2013 application over the web using the web browser IE. We have implemented multi-companies within the same database and the some users work and process entries on the different companies. Using the RTC access, the user can change the company, via file /select company.
My question is :- How does the user change the company within the database when he has connected to NAV2013 db from the web browser e.g IE?
