Problem in Security filter

Hi,

I have assign two roles with same tabledata(36) to a user having following permission with security filter.
role id Obj Type Obj ID R_P I_P M_P D_P E_P Sec_Filter
A TableDate 36 Yes INDirect INDirect INDirect Yes Location code = BLUE
B TableDate 36 Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Location code = BLUE

When i create a sales header it works fine but when i create a sales line then system shows me a error telling "You don't have permission to read the sales header table". I want to show Sales Order's to user only for those location's defined in security filter.

I know that Role 'B' shall be overlap the Role 'A' but this role contain some other objects permission that's i have assigned both of the roles to user.
