Lot Numbers

I want to transfer the stock from one location to another. (X to Y). In X location there are multiple lines with different Lot Numbers. While transfering the stock from X to Y i have to specify only one lot number with the whole quanity.

Transfer order will not be able to change the lot number of the stock. If you need to change lot numbers, you have to do a combination of negative and positive adjustments. Negative adjust all lot numbers from X location and Positive adjust in Y location with single lot number.

Note: Please check if there are any effects on the inventory valuations and whether that is manageable.

Negative + positive adjustment would not give you the correct valuation of the items unless you use Applies-From Entry in the journal. I would simply use Item Reclass Journal that should allow you to do both "Lot No." rename + location change in single item journal line. In the Reclass tracking you have both Lot No. and New Lot No. available as well as Location Code and New Location Code. That should be all you need. Also reclass journal creates transfer item ledger entries with the valuation links between those.
