Report Language Problem

Hello,

I apply german language module in NAV 2009 R2 database.

All captions are set in both English and German language.

When i run report(RTC) in English environment it will give me proper output but when i change language to german and
run report then it will give me output in english rather then german.

why this could not print in german language?

This actually depends on report design. It looks like your captions not sent to report via dataset, but just hardcoded in rdlc layout. If so - amend report to get captions from dataset. RDLC reports are quite stand-alone, and if you make any caption on RDLC - this will not be translated automatically. Only way to make them multilanguage is to send captions as data, and use dataset expressions instead of labels on RDLC

I send Label Caption as Dataset field and use it in Expression.

Hope this will point you to right direction. Have you installed german language on server side as well?
