What do you mean by "not updated"? Can you explain what you are observing and what you are expecting?
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

i mean,when i check the file,it has not increased in size since a month ago and we have transactions daily and i mean many transactions.

The file should not normally increase in size on a properly configured system. In fact, if it is regularly growing that's actually an indication of a problem.
What recovery model do you have your database set to?
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.
