I'm having a hard time understanding what your issue is here... you make a Released Prod Order for 10. you only output 5. The sales order calls for 10 of the finished good. You are obviously going to be short 5.

if you want to produce the other 5 then just go to the output journal and to your last operation and output another 5. Your cost may be wrong though if you skip all your other OPS.

    Dear
This is not a issue i try to explain this case more
I Make RPO For 10 Quantity and take output for 10 Quantity(by output journal) and Sale out that product after that i found, I book consumption only for 5 Quantity (By consumption Journal), I forget to post the Consumption For 5 Quantity and RPO ststus is finished.

Now How can i book this left 5 Quantity consumption.

    Dear Himanshu,

You can make a negative adjustment and apply that production order with this.
I think that can solve your problem.

    Hi,

posting a negative adjustment won't help you as far as the application is concerned, because you can only apply an outgoing item ledger entry, such as Consumption, to an incoming, such as Purchase, Output, etc., for the same item. There is no way you can connect the negative adjustment to the finished production order so just by posting the adjustment, the cost of the last 5 pieces will not flow into the output.

That being said, you can approximate the consumption after finishing the order by doing the following:
    1. post the negative adjustment anyway to flush your inventory, otherwise you'll have a discrepancy between what you physically have in stock and your ledgers.
    2. revalue the output to include the cost of the 5 pcs posted through the adjustment.

Let me know if this works for you,

    Thanks,
    Bogdan
