But somehow I think I misunderstood your question. Try explain it more clearly.

sorry i was in a hurry. Well the case is, sometimes the installations can be missing or another colleague may have it with him/her. Than we need to ask Microsoft TR to send a new db or installation cd. Instead of that is there any common open file which we can download the 3,70 DB or installation cd.
