Error when importing BAS calculation sheet- Australia

Hi,
In the Australian version of NAV we have a local functionality wherein we can import BAS(Business Activity Statement) calculation sheets from the Tax office. One of our clients has the SQL server and the other Terminal server. NAV is installed on the SQL and when we try to import the xml files on the SQL server everything works fine but when we try to import the XML on the terminal server we get the attached error. We tried copying the XML to the local drive on the terminal server but still get the same error. I think there is something about the NAV server install on the SQL server which I am missing on the terminal server workstation install which is stopping me from importing it but not sure what it is. I am logged in as the domain administrator and a super user in NAV on both the servers.
