Refreshing Issue

I'm used to be working with the older versions and this is the first time I'm developing on 2013.
I have a weird refreshing issue on a Page and I'm wondering how to fix it.

I have a page that includes another page as a part.
When opening the main page, all the data show up properly.
But when I start navigating between the records of the main page, the last field of my sub page is only displayed on the first record of that subpage.
I have to hit the refresh button, or close and reopen the main page to have the data displayed properly on the subpage.
