RDLC Printing problem

Hi All,

I have an issue with printing RDLC report at customer's printer. The report prints fine in my local printer both while printing directly and while printing from preview. The report has 3 pages, and while printing the same report at customer's printer only the first 2 pages are coming. The data in the 3rd page is missing. What could be the reason for this strange behavior? Again, if at customer's environment if we save the report as PDF all the pages are coming to the the resultant file. The issue is only while printing in their local printer. Could some one help me in solve this issue, please?

Hi, did you set in the report properties orientation to portrait and page size to a4? If these settings are not set, the report will take the printer papaer settings.

Hi Vasilis,

The report layout properties are set for orientation Portrait and page size A4. Please find attached the screenshot. But still it don't help. Could you please suggest is there anything wrong in the property values selected? Thanks

check for the settings under printing preferences of your printer

It is Portrait and page size A4. I hope this is the same as the default report properties settings. Thanks
