Printer name using TS

I am working on a migration from Citrix to TS and from NAV3.70 to NAV5.00 SP1.
I got Terminal Server setup on a Windows 2012 Server.
I am facing a new problem that I did not have on the past. On TS we have the Easy Print feature on. So every time a users connects it gets a printer name + redirect XX. I have to setup Printer Selections in order to use specific printer for specific users and processes.
I dont have VPN on my branches so using the same network is not an option. Any ideas how to override this problem?
