Sales Shipment Item Tracking - Select Functions Issue

Hi,
This is related to Sales shipment – LOT No. selection through Item tracking line Select Entries function.
I have created two different sales order with same item. I have defined LOT No. tracking in item master. Costing Method = FIFO. Assume that Item X having 60 Qty. on hand – Lot 456 - 30, Lot 123 – 10 and Lot23432 - 20
In first sales shipment, we are shipping the partial shipment to customer (order qty. – 10, shipment qty = 7) and while selecting item tracking line we are using select entries function. But system updates full qty (i.e 10 Nos.) instead of Quantity to Ship i.e. 7. In posting, NAV is updating only 7 qty.
In next sales shipment to the customer (order qty and Shipment qty = 35), by using item tracking lines select entries function, NAV is considering 27 qty from Lot 456 and 8 Qty from Lot 123 instead of 30 Qty from Lot 456 and 5 qty from Lot 123. In such situation, FIFO movement is not considering properly. This 3 qty. in 1st Sales shipment (balance to ship) is getting reserved automatically as Total Requested Qty.
The expected solution should be, Qty. ship (shipments or warehouse shipment) entered by user to be considered for select entries in sales shipment item tracking entries.
Can anyone help me to resolve this.
Thanks....
