Consumption journal not show bill of material

Hi guys i have production bom no as a222 and his components show in Production BOM Line table it show with status certified but the problem when i go to release production order and select function - refresh then go to consumption journal then function - calc . consumption-then select production order no . No any material or component show in consumption journal why although it show in Production BOM Line table why this problem made and how i solve

For each Component look at the item card and the field Flushing Method. It should be set to manual. You also have the field flushing method in the Component lines so you can override it if you want.

Excellent but i see flushing method in item card as manual to all items components and when i select this in release production order and refresh then select line - component no any component found and flushing method manual but no any item why.when i put same bom lines(finished good) in another release order same problem got no component show.also i want to know the reason of problem to not repeated again

there can be many reason for this... Check in Replenishment tab what "Manufacturing Policy" shows? Is it "Make-To-Order" or "Make-To-Stock"?

make to stock for every item(i got from item cared-replenishment-manufacture policy) for every component to finished good(final product)

i check item card i see make to stock in policy but my question is why component is empty to this specified item(finished good) if you select this item for any production order it will give me component empty

Now my question is why all items finished good(products) show all component when i make refresh from function in release production order but this specified order not show component although this product found in production bom and his component as certified.
