How to add a column on RTC page?

I got show column on Choose which columns to show window of RTC page. So I have added field/column in page designer and thought that would show up on the window. Please help if I'm doing wrong somewhere!

Hi,

Did you try restarting the client and compiling the page?

When a add a field in Page Designer with -

Visible set to True - You can see field into page without choose column.
Visible set to False - You need to select the field from Choose column.

Let me know if issue is not resolved.

Yes, I have added a filed (visible TRUE), compiled and restarted the session but the issue is not resolved yet. I have no idea why is it not appearing on the page.

I have tsted by adding new customer to the datdabse also to make sure I'm connecting to the same server and database. I'm suspecting that this may be a bug, please share ideas

Not a bug. You're doing something wrong.

Infact, I did the same thing on my local NAV 2013 installation succesfully and I'm failing to do so on my company server NAV 6 installation. So, waht might be the problem except installatio or some king of bug. And also I'm sure that I'm connecting to the same server and database. I have added a company to the datdabse to make sure this test is right

None of the pages working. I have tried adding fields for Customer Card page and Vendor Card Page but same issue. It's not page specific for sure

Hi Mohana

Thanks for the blog, unfortunately I don't have access to SQL Broker and Polling. I requested my DBA people to check the blog and they said that's not working.

Still trying for other solutions
